I’ve always been drawn to the stories.

I was born in Ukraine, raised in Israel, immigrated to Canada as a teenager, and today call Valencia, Spain home. Living across different countries and cultures has shaped the way I see design, not as decoration, but as a reflection of history, craftsmanship, and the lives that came before us.

Long before Galaida Studios existed, I found myself searching flea markets, antique shops, estate sales, and hidden corners of Europe, captivated by objects that carried character and a sense of permanence. I wasn’t looking for perfection. I was looking for pieces that had been loved, beautifully made, and deserving of another chapter.

That belief became the foundation of Galaida Studios.

Rather than following trends or filling homes with mass produced décor, I curate one of a kind vintage and antique pieces chosen for their craftsmanship, timeless design, and ability to bring warmth and personality into modern spaces. Every object is selected intentionally because I believe the things we surround ourselves with should have meaning as well as beauty.

My background in interior design has shaped the way I curate. I don’t simply look at an object in isolation. I imagine how it lives within a space, how it complements contemporary interiors, and how it helps create homes that feel layered, welcoming, and deeply personal.

Every piece you find here has been carefully sourced, researched, photographed, and honestly described. If I know its maker, origin, or history, I’ll share it. If something is uncertain, I’ll tell you that too. I believe trust is built through transparency, especially when every item is unique.
