Dispatch

Galaida Studios ships worldwide from Valencia, Spain. Orders are generally dispatched within 5 to 7 business days of purchase, unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you before your order was placed. Dispatch times may occasionally be longer during busy periods or for items requiring extra packing care.

Packaging

Every item is vintage or antique, and many are fragile. Packaging is prepared carefully and individually to protect each piece in transit. We use recycled and recyclable packaging materials whenever practical.

Insurance

High-value shipments are insured.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Shipping to the United States

Import duties and tariffs are included whenever this is stated in the product listing or at checkout. Our aim is that customers in the United States receive their order without unexpected customs charges on delivery.

Shipping to all other destinations

For orders shipped outside the United States, the buyer remains responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges, or local taxes that may apply on arrival, unless otherwise stated at checkout. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control; we are unable to predict or cover them.

Delays

While we take care to dispatch and ship promptly, delivery times quoted by carriers are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier handling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
