Every piece at Galaida Studios is personally sourced and carefully researched before it's listed. Where a maker, origin, or age can be confirmed with confidence, we say so clearly. Where it can't, we say that too, rather than guess. Honesty and transparency are core to how we work — see our Care and Authenticity page for more.
Yes, unless a listing clearly states otherwise. Every piece is vintage or antique and one of a kind. Signs of age, wear, and patina are expected, and they're part of what gives each object its character.
Every item is individually inspected before it's listed. Any significant chips, cracks, repairs, or imperfections are described in writing and shown in photographs. We encourage you to look closely at all photographs before you buy, as they form part of the item's description.
Absolutely. For a considered purchase, it's worth feeling completely confident before you buy. Get in touch and we're happy to share extra photographs, exact measurements, or answer any specific questions about a piece.

Every item is packed by hand, using professional packing methods suited to its shape and material. Fragile pieces receive extra protection. Wherever practical, we use recycled and recyclable packaging materials.
High-value shipments are fully insured. Depending on your order's destination and value, additional insurance may also be arranged.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll ask for a few photographs — of the item itself, the packaging, and the shipping label — so we can understand what happened and put it right quickly and fairly.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate a cancellation. Once an item has shipped, our standard return process applies.
Every vintage object has lived a previous life. Small signs of age are part of that history, and they're often exactly what makes a piece feel one of a kind rather than mass-produced. See our Care and Authenticity page for more.
We photograph every piece as accurately as we can. That said, small colour variations can occur between different screens and devices, so please treat photographs as a close, honest guide to what you'll see in person.
