These Terms of Service govern your use of the Galaida Studios website and your purchase of items from us. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

About Our Products

Every item offered by Galaida Studios is vintage or antique unless clearly stated otherwise. Signs of age, wear, and patina are expected and form part of the character of a vintage piece rather than a defect. Each item is individually photographed and described; the photographs form part of the item's description, and we encourage you to review all photographs carefully before purchasing, in addition to the written description.

Because our items are one of a kind, availability can change quickly. In the rare case an item sells out or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you promptly to offer a refund or an alternative.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by one, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

Colours and finishes may appear slightly different on your screen than in person, due to normal variation between devices and displays.
Vintage and antique items are expected to show signs of age and wear consistent with their history; this is not considered a defect.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

All content on this website, including photographs, text, and branding, is the property of Galaida Studios unless otherwise stated, and may not be used without our permission.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence if you are a consumer based in the EU. If you are an EU consumer and have a complaint you are unable to resolve with us directly, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to seek an out-of-court resolution.
