Your Right of Withdrawal

Galaida Studios is based in Spain and follows applicable EU consumer protection law. If you are a consumer shopping from within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, clearly stating your decision to withdraw (for example, by email). You do not need to use a specific form, though the EU's standard model withdrawal form is available on request.

Unless a specific exception applies under EU law, this withdrawal period applies to our one-of-a-kind vintage and antique pieces in the same way as to any other product.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Significantly Different Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description or photographs, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it fairly.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Condition of Returned Items

Please return items in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging where possible.

If you are an EU consumer and we are unable to resolve a complaint directly, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
