A fantastic 1980s Habitat Klein seven-arm tealight candelabra, with an exceptionally sculptural design characteristic of the bold, architectural homewares produced during the period.

Seven slender stems sweep upward from the central column in exaggerated curves, each terminating in a cylindrical tealight cup. Their differing heights create a dramatic tiered composition, while the restrained silver-tone finish keeps the substantial form visually light.

The design becomes particularly striking when illuminated, with seven individual flames appearing to float at different levels above the curved framework. Even without candles, its strong silhouette allows it to function as a piece of decorative sculpture.

Measuring approximately 24 inches high and 18 inches across, this is an unusually large statement candelabra. At nearly 3 kg, it also has a reassuringly substantial construction and impressive physical presence.
